Here in my Town are Many of them in the so called "Mittelstraße" and this houses are mainly from the 15th century

I agree, this exists in real cities. Nevertheless I'm not sure whether we can profit from having it in TheoTown. Not to mention all the graphics that would be needed.

About textures and graphics. U can combine some types of ground floor and some types of top floors. Just like with some skyscrapers.
