These are "Overdated MidAutumn Festival celebration buildings"

I made it to celebrate 「추석, 中秋節, 月見(つきみ)」(Mid-Autumn Festival, 9/13 this year)

I'm Korean. I know what Korean do during this festival but dont know about Chinese&Japanese. So i just draw building that I imagine about both country.(sorry... ^.^)

They are 4×4 park. All of them have road in the left side and building in the right side.

Let me introduce my new little, simple, but practical plugin...

Train Crossing, just a small crossing for your railway. You can use it decorate many things like your railway and its surroundings.

For this plugin, I present you a Mega Pack, Walkway Pack, previously named Boardwalk-Pathway-Alleyway Pack. In this pack of packs, I have 3 new additions for you, the first being a Boardwalk to better your coasts, the second being a Pathway to easily make modular parks and the last being a Alleyway to decorate your areas which are behind your main roads.
Its being my plugin, I of course have put some additional parts mainly to intersections and to stait roads.
All of them come in both normal placement and in linetools.
Some of the textures having been taken from the game are not mine so they're Lobby&Theo's.

This plugin contains a 2x2 rowhouse (with both left and right facing versions) and four variations of a small residential tower. all buildings are level 2. These buildings are all based on a building featured in my commercial pack.

This is a simple building plugin.

Two sets of 2x2 rowhouses.
They're both level 2 residential buildings with a capacity of 48 inhabitants.
Both left and right facing versions are included.

One of the last plugins I've made the ATC Tower plugin is a plugin that I've been dying to publish since I created it which I created cause the game lacked a ''proper ATC tower'' which was high and all-seeing..
It has total of 4 colors, is 1x1 and does not have a ground texture and because it's in the airport category it is easy to find.
!Disclaimer! This does not function like a ATC Tower it is a mere decoration.
I also got the idea of this ATC tower from Hamburg's ATC Tower, you can clearly see the influence I got on the orage one.
The top of the tower is taken strait from the in game one other parts are mine.

The grey and the bricky cream one are my textures but I took the other one from the Middle park...
So, that texture belongs to Lobby&Theo but the others are mine and cannot be reuploaded without my permission.

As you know,TheoTown has a lot of textures that we cannot use as decals,
that is no more a problem with this plugin, now you can place almost all of the asphalt textures to diffrent districts as decals and use ''mark as road'' plugin to make it a functional road...or you can use my road plugin instead.
This plugin futures,4 new asphalt decals and 2 new asphalt road ''decals''...
Some of the textures are made by me but majority of them are made by Lobby&Theo.

In this part of the Decal pack, I present you Grass&Dirt decals.
As you know there are a lot of textures that we cannot use in-game but I am trying to solve that issue with the Decal pack and I'm adding some extra textures in it too...
This part of the pack has 5 grass textures and 2 dirt textures that is from the original game.
The reason that I included the normal ground textures is that when you replace them with land it becomes more green-ish...
All of these textures are not made by me and their respective owners are Lobby&Theo.

This time, I present you, The Marina Pack !
You may've wanted to expand your marina or make a better one and with this you can finaly achive it.
Marina Pack has the properties of a road but it's narrower and on the sea, I've made a line tool too to make your life easier plus on top of that I've made textures with docked boats, all from my Maritime Pack.
I have taken the original texture from in-game marina,made by, Lobby&Theo.
The lamp and the breakwater textues' creator is MDK.

This plug-in will add a bike lane and cyclists to TheoTown. These cyclists can ride on bike lanes or pedestrian zones and they can be spawned using the benches and bike stops or they can spawn naturally from residential or commercial buildings.

There is also an add-on available for this plug-in that adds new road types called Green and Red Bike Lanes by danekbel.

This plug-in pack is a remastered version of the original Pedestrian Zone by Dusko. This remastered version was build from the ground up with new features for those of you who were not able to download the original Pedestrian Zone.

This new Pedestrian Zone includes:
-8 road types
-6 bench variants
-Ambient sounds
-New bridge textures
-All of the items in the pack have been placed in the bus category
