It is 243 meters high, has 55 floors and a total construction area of 162,477 square meters. This building serves as the office location for institutions such as the Consulate General of Spain in Guangzhou and the Consulate General of Chile in Guangzhou.

It was completed and put into use in 2007. Among them, floors 45 to 54 are the headquarters of R&F Properties, while the other floors are leased only and not sold. The property management is handled by Savills. Designed by the international architectural design firm Aedas. The architectural design takes a simple architectural form as its theme, and the design concept is derived from the Chinese jade artifact "cong", which is square on the outside and round on the inside for over two thousand years.
