This plugin adds new government building. It has 2 rotation frames, police and management influences.
It's based on a 3D render, but it wasn't effortless because I spent a lot of time making the model, and had to fix some stuff. Hope it's not a problem.
If something is wrong, please comment. Sorry, no night texture for now but I may make it later.

Its night animation effect can change transparent color automatically.

The Iglesia Nuestra Señora de la Asunción – Chinchón (Spain) is a church finished in 1626,the author of the Church was Nicolás Vergara el Mozo,in 1808 was destroyed , but it was rebuilt years later.(Thumbnail by Thiago,thanks man!)
