Construction began under the emperor Vespasian (r. 69–79 AD) in 72 and was completed in 80 AD under his successor and heir, Titus (r. 79–81).

Saigon One Tower, is an unfinished high-rise building located at 34A Ton Duc Thang Street, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The tower was invested by Saigon M&C and Dong A Bank, totals approximately $228 million USD. The building was designed to be a 41-storey tower with three functions.
Status: stop construction.
Sorry for turning an unfinished building into a plugin, but that building has almost become a landmark of the center of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (since it has been stoped construction for nearly 10 years.)
BUT, it was suddenly revived thanks to VivaLand. Maybe I'll come back when it's REALLY finished.

It is the new headquarters of FPT Group.
FPT, former The Corporation for Financing and Promoting Technology (FPT for short), is the largest information technology service company in Vietnam.
The tallest building with 21 floors. The lowest building with 17 floors.

The plugin has 2 Influences. Includes Culture and Management.

That's right. It's a graveyard that's been abandoned for many years. So why doesn't the state destroy it or restore it? Maybe it's a spiritual problem.

There are 13 Lamborghini cars in 3 spawners. The 1st Spawner will spawn 8 common cars. The second one will spawn 16 common cars and 2 rare cars. The last one will spawn 24 basic cars, 4 rare cars and 3 epic cars.

Its type is Helicopter. Each spawner only spawns one soap bubble (I'm really sad about this). The spawners have two frames, the first frame is empty allowing you to place anywhere including water, the second is people (they blow one giant soap bubble at a time). Radius is 500, Influence park is 10.
