About the plugin:
This pack contains 30+ buildings that are all either inspired by or based upon buildings from mostly New York City. Most of them are residential but there are also a couple of commercial buildings, two fire stations and a police precinct.
All residential buildings are part of a custom residential zone.
There is also a seperate plugin containing all the old graphics that were replaced in the previous update. You can find it in the theotown forum on this plugin's page there.

Update 3 June 2024:
added four new buildings and updated the graphics for the 3x3 fire station.

Update 13 september 2022:
added 3 new buildings, one 3x3 appartment complex and two 2x2 stores.
Update 18 June 2022:
This update adds 11 new buildings. The focus of this update was to add a couple of level TTT residentials since those were missing in the custom residential zone. Also now each residential level has at least one dense building.

The content list:
- a custom residential zone with:
- 4 1x1 decorations
- 6 1x1 houses
- 13 2x2 buildings
- 4 3x3 buildings
- 3 4x4 building
- 1 6x6 building with 3 height variations.
- 4 commercial buildings:
- a 2x2 gas station, car repair shop and store building
- a 4x4 hotel from Laredo, Texas (not really from the east coast, I know)
- 2 fire stations:
- one 3x3 fire station and a 2x2 fire station
- the police precinct building from Brooklyn 99, size 3x3

Three buildings from Detroit I recreated: the Penobscot Building, the David Broderick Tower and a corner store. The Penobscot Building is a 5x5 level TTT commercial building. The Broderick Tower consists of two 3x3 buildings: The tower itself is a TT residential and the second part is a level T commercial. The corner store is a recreation of the building on the corner of Broadway and Gratoit Avenue. all buildings come with night animations.

33 Thomas Street is a 170 meter (or 550 foot) tall and mysterious skyscraper in New York City located at, well you guessed it, 33 Thomas Street.
This isn't just any regular skyscraper though as it has no windows at all. But why would anyone design a skycraper with no windows?
For one its highly impractical and it just looks really ugly. It looks like a headquarters for a supervillan or a evil 1984/Brave New World style dictator.
So why was this building designed the way it is?
The buildings was designed to be a main connection point for phone lines.
The last thing anyone wanted was for the phone lines to stop working so nobody could call 911 during desperate times.
So thats where the design of 33 Thomas Street comes from. The tower was designed to be able to withstand any number of disasters and emergencies including even a nuclear explosion.
Thats why it has no windows and is made of very thick walls and floors of massive concrete.
And you see those big dark holes on the sides of the tower?
Those are basically giant air conditioning vents. It could get very hot inside without them, because well, no windows.
At this current time it is still used as a phone line hub and is owned by the phone company AT&T.
But is that all there is to it? I mean a building that looks like that must have some dark secret right?
Well as it turns out it does.
For a long time there was a rumour that the NSA would have a secret mass surveillance hub somewhere on the east coast, called codename TITANPOINTE.
And through leaked classified documents leaked by famous whistleblower Edward Snowden it was essentially confirmed that TITANPOINTE is inside 33 Thomas Street
so now about the plugin itself:
The tower sits on a 6x6 tile and its a level TTT commercial building And to somewhat simulate the NSA moving in it also has a police influence.
Oh and please don't ask for night animations for this one because like I said it has no windows. It just doesn't light up at night, even in real life.

Update 1: added night animations and reduced the file size of this plugin.
Based off the building on 120 Wall Street, New York City. The plugin is a level 3 commercial building with room for around 2000 workers.

Level 2 residential buildings based off houses in the Long Island region in the USA state of New York. This plugin contains 6 houses with both left and right facing variants. Night lights included.

Update 1:
- Removed Stray pixels, added a plugin manifest file and a standalone version of the smaller building behind the Liberty State Building as a standalone 2x2 level 3 commercial.

A very famous skyscraper from New New York City. Due to copyright law I'm not allowed to use the real name of the building but it has something to do with the nickname for the US state of New York.
Well anyway,
You can find the building under the 'Awards' tab and as a level 3 commercial building. It's quite a big boi because it has a size of 7x7 tiles ingame.
This is my first proper landmark, so I hope you like it :) I tried to keep it as accurate as I could with the size and height.

A modern styled crematorium.
- Has a larger range and capacity than the standard crematorium, but costs more.
- Can be found under the 'Funeral' tab.
- Size 5x5.
- Costs 90.000T in-game and has a montly price of 1500T.
- Has a range of 350 and a capacity of 6000.

In this recent update:

- The crematorium can now be found in the 'funeral' category, instead of the 'public' category.
- The building now fully functions like the ingame creamtorium: the plugin spawns hearses and people will no longer complain about deathcare when in
range of the building.
- the in-game price and range of the influence has been slightly increased to better balance the difference with the in-game crematorium.
- night animations have been added.
- slight alteration of the graphic (light poles added).

- I also added a 3x3 factory that i released at the same time as this building, quite a while ago. This building was only available on the Theotown
Forum. For some reason I never ported it over to the plugin store. the new building also has night animations.

- a 3x3 office tower ( level 2)

This plugin contains a 2x2 rowhouse (with both left and right facing versions) and four variations of a small residential tower. all buildings are level 2. These buildings are all based on a building featured in my commercial pack.
