Hello, my name's ur_sc4_guy.
So, this is my new plugin. A collection of unreleased and some new and fresh buildings.
Keep in mind though, most of these don't have any props or night animations for now. I will add them later.

So, I noticed there are very few hospital plugin that satisfied me. So, I made one!
This is an hospital with night animations, and can hold 12000 people (Well, 12000, and does that bother you?)
Everything has been made by me (including the ambulance car).

This plugin includes a cottage where tourists of your town rents to make their holidays. Include night frames. Can be found in the awards tab.

Sorry I removed my oldest plugins from the store.
Unfortunately for some technical reasons I won't be able to re-upload Huncher Building in the store anymore (Unless you accept to waste 30 diamonds again). And if you are a creator, sorry to be rude in comment sometimes.

I "shorted" descriptions.

Include 6 res 2x2 buildings (+ 1 bonus park). Night animation included for all (except the park).
