TheoTown

My first plugin ever so I went with something I've personally been looking for: a 1-tile monument with a small amount of Culture influence

This plugin includes 3 different stone monuments depicting figures (a butterfly, a bust, and a rose) of some nondescript cultural importance to your inhabitants, each with 2 rotation frames.

Thanks to Lobby and Theotheoderich for the Award graphic on the thumbnail and the multiple tutorials.
