Tianjin 117 Building is a super high-rise office building project launched by Hong Kong Goldin Group in response to the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games in Tianjin, China. Construction started in September 2008 and the top was completed in 2015. But after 2015, Gaoyin Group's financial crisis, Tianjin 117 building project was forced to terminate. In addition, under the double blow of the COVID-19 epidemic and the sharp contraction of China's real estate economy, the 117 building in Tianjin fell into a 10-year shutdown period. In the spring of 2025, the Chinese government ordered to take over the project, with Cinda and China Construction Third Bureau undertaking the financial and construction tasks. The project is expected to be completed and opened to the public in 2027. The plug-in is based on the completed renderings of Tianjin 117 Building
