R&f Yingkai Plaza is located in the center of Zhujiang New District, Guangzhou. It is a multi-functional building that represents Guangzhou as a first-tier metropolis. The simple yet recognizable form was inspired by the various types of bamboo widely distributed locally. Standing at 296 meters tall, the entire building features asymmetrical openings and the pulsating vertical lines on the curtain wall, creating a visually dynamic effect. The stripes press against each other as they move upwards, and the dense lines of the base enhance the sense of solemnity. The Park Hyatt Guangzhou occupies the top floor of the building, with office buildings beneath it and the subway connected underground.

As the building encapsulates all its functions in such a single form of expression, the design is mainly created in response to the environment. The square tower volume respects the bold geometric lines of the block grid. The gathering language formed by the corner carvings emphasizes the unique views at different heights, facing the street-facing buildings and extending diagonally towards the nearby central green space and the Pearl River Delta.

The building is closely related to the urban life of the surrounding people, combining closeness with the experience of a high-end hotel. The hotel's sudden descent design and orderly arrival at the ground are carefully designed features. Through the warm color palette emphasized by sculptures, it gives people a sense of calm. The representative rooftop garden is located on the 70th floor and also offers a panoramic view. It is a warm and welcoming dining and leisure venue.
