Chongqing International Finance Square (Chongqing IFS) is located in Jiangbeizui Central Business District, Jiangbei District of Chongqing. It is an urban complex co-invested and developed by Wharf Holdings and China Overseas Property.

With a total construction area of about 660,000 square meters, the project consists of five towers, including four Grade A office buildings and one integrated tower housing both office spaces and a five-star hotel, among which Tower T1 stands 300 meters tall.
