The 10X Road Pack is a package of the roads including three levels of the roads:
-Level 1 (Including one-way roads)
-Level 2 (Including two-way roads with the width being 1)
-Level 3 (Including avenues)

Both of these levels are available in seven colors:
-blue
-green
-yellow
-orange
-red
-pink
-purple

How to build 10X roads:
Go to Build>Transportation>Roads>10X Roads, then you can see three categories the three categories are named:
-One-way roads
-Two-way single roads
-Two-way double roads (avenues)
Then you can click on one of the roads.
