Maybank Tower is a Grade A office skyscraper and the Singapore headquarters of Maybank, located at 2 Battery Road in the heart of Raffles Place Downtown Core Singapore. Designed by SYL Architects, it was completed in 2001 and replaced the former Malayan Bank Chambers. The building stands 175.26 meters tall with 32 above-ground floors and a six storey podium finished in granite and aluminum panels. The tower tapers towards the top, which is clad in double glazed blue reflective glass and aluminum curtain wall panels, and houses the Maybank logo.
Its prime waterfront location behind the Merlion statue makes it a common backdrop in Singapore’s tourist postcards. It offers column free office spaces and is easily accessible via Raffles Place MRT station and multiple nearby bus stops, surrounded by abundant dining retail and business amenities.
