(New Update) : Adjusting pricing & influence radius and fixing category

Becak is a traditional indonesian transportation which have cultural history and big impact in Indonesia. In other countries, Becak is often called Pedicab and have unlimited variation. But the biggest difference between Indonesia and other country's pedicab is the cultural status. Most Becak has unique art or drawing painted in interior and exterior which give this transportation huge cultural boost. But sadly, becak is nowhere to be found today. Most place where you find Becak in old times is currently vanished. This is because many ridesharing service who has cheapest and fastest service greatly make becak seems inferior. On today market you can only find this transportation in tourism place, and depending on the location, the price is hard to explain, only riches can enjoy this. Why this transportation so expensive is because its comfortability which cannot be beaten by any land-based transportation. If you wanna garnish your city with the cultural transportation, this is the best shot!
