Adds a new TTT Industrial car.
Armored bank car from GTA V with 2 police cars convoy.

(※ This vehicle is only industrial car and not functional as police at all.)

-Fixed error caused by empty meta tags.
-Added diagonal support
-Aligned Y axis of cars.
-Reduced sprite size.
-Removed 0.9 multiplier of speed
-Minor changes on graphics.
-Night animation now uses game's internal sprites.
-Police car now uses game's internal sprites.
