Dotonbori is Osaka, Japan's most iconic food, shopping, and nightlife destination. Famous for its neon lights and river canals, this area is a haven for street food, and the birthplace of Osaka's signature dishes like takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and kushikatsu.

(Update) This building design was obtained from various sources, including Google Earth in 2023 and influencers' posts about the building's current condition.
I'm not sure if this design is similar to the original; my drawing is still pretty bad.
