सभी को नमस्ते (Hello everyone), in this series, I'm going to recreate a plugin from various structural designs that come from SkyscraperPage/S.H. Lee's taller/lower than Burj Khalifa videos (I have done this since 2022). And the ninth plugin for today is Dynamix Balwas Tower, or what people refer to as the India Tower.

Special thanks to India and 'Foster and Partners' for conceptualizing this building. For me, the name for the building "Dynamix Balwas Tower" sounded way cooler.

This 6x6 area building is a commercial building that has a capacity of 4917 workers. (when you flip the two two-digit number of employees, it resembles the year when India was founded).

‎The India Tower (originally known as the Park Hyatt Tower or Dynamix Balwas Tower) was a megatall skyscraper initially planned to be built in Marine Lines, Mumbai. The height of the building was purposefully planned to be 707 meters, its height represents a monumental leap into the 21st century as one of the tallest architectural achievements in human history. Originally planned for completion in 2016, construction was put on hold in May 2011 due to disputes between the developers and Mumbai's civic authorities, and later cancelled in 2015.

Hope you enjoy this building. Thank you for downloading.
