The Taipei Sky Tower is located in Taipei’s Xinyi District. At 280 meters tall with 51 floors above ground, it will become Taipei’s second-tallest building upon completion, second only to Taipei 101. Designed by Italian firm ACPV ARCHITECTS, the tower draws inspiration from the imagery of a bamboo shoot growing, while incorporating elements of ancient Greek columns, and features a green glass curtain wall. This mixed-use skyscraper centers on a luxury hotel, bringing together Hyatt’s Park Hyatt and Andaz brands to create Asia’s first dual-branded Hyatt hotel, and also includes high-end retail, dining, and performance spaces. The project topped out in 2022 and is currently under construction, with an anticipated completion between 2026 and 2027.The nighttime animation will be updated in the future based on the actual construction progress at Taipei City’s construction sites.
