The total height of Kaiyuan Center is about 245 meters, which is the highest super high-rise building in the Hebei province,China.The total construction area is about 178,000 square meters, with 53 floors above ground, of which the hotel part occupies 28 floors, the office building part occupies 22 floors, and there are 3 equipment/refuge floors. The 4 underground floors are parking lots.
