The San Alejandro Academy of Fine Arts is one of the most prestigious art schools in Latin America, located in Cuba. This plugin is designed to present the same characteristics as the real institution, so that the whole country has reach of it (influence education 150), but with a reduced enrollment (3000 primary), (3000) this plugin will greatly benefit the "T" residents.
