Hard Rock Cafe V 1.0 is a network of rock bars all over the world. The design of this plugin was inspired by a cafe in San Francisco.
This is a popular place in your city where people who love rock music can relax and even meet the star of Theo Town.
1. Choose 1 of 3 upgrades with different effects on your villagers.
2. Night and winter animation.
3. Guard cars spawn in your city (motorcycles coming soon)
