This package contains:
-Combine APC (Overrides police car)
-Combine prisoner transport (Overrides swat car)
-Hunter chopper (Overrides police/swat helicopter)
-A helipad to spawn hunter chopper
(Spawned choppers are not functional as a police)
-16 Decorations
-3 Road decorations (2 Building attachments)
-Combine Barrier (Fence)

Known issues:
Some police cars are not replaced. This is because of the game system, nothing I can do about it.
