hello mayor,
I'm the CEO of Dyno-corp and we want to start a commercial open-pit diamond mine project. i would like you to be my partner to supply your cities with precious gemstones and jewellery. it has a negative influence on environment, but why should you care as long as we get paid, right?

NOTE: this plugin is a mere decoration, doesn't have animation, doesn't spawn any vehicles and it's not supposed to increase your in-game gems. use it with imagination for better experience.. just like i do.
