Tianjin CTF Financial Centre is a landmark building in Tianjin, China. It is 530 meters high. It is the tallest skyscraper in China North and one of the top 10 tallest buildings in the world. Its architects are SOM and East China Architectural Design & Research Institute.It is located near earthquake-prone seismic zones, making it one of the most difficult high-rise buildings to construct in China.
The 97-storey skyscraper is an office, hotel, commercial and residential building with Grade A office space for domestic and international businesses, 300 serviced apartments and a 350-room five-star hotel.
