Right now it's a bandaid solution to attempt to recover from the cases where nothing else could be done and the user cannot access the plugins. It takes up to 10 recently downloaded plugins and disables them.

As I've mentioned, radio stations can only have one active upgrade. When you start a new upgrade, it replaces the old one. That's why it always shows 1 of 4, even after you've completed an upgrade. It represents active upgrades. The upgrade you just finished will be labeled "Already Upgraded&qu...

Other buildings usually do support more than 1 upgrade, but radio stations only support one at a time

Look for .bak or .store files in your file manager for in maps or regions folders.

I'm afraid your city file might've corrupted, I see it fails trying to load ground.

There's a minimal price that the game will set if the one provided in the plugin is deemed too low.
