what is a global mod and text chat whatever (am new to this)

it is basically someone who takes the trash out (Moderates forums and take down posts against policies or moves topics)
they can also ban, promote, invite to groups, and make forums great

You either A: create/find a plugin that makes it so the textures borders are really close to the point it looks like it is connetced or B: Created/find a plugin that is supa long and takes up a lot of plugin space and building room (Not recommended)
