People is unified tag for Industrials, Commercials and Residentials. It's the same as inhabitants or workers tag.

So inhabitants and workers can be use too for RCI?

You know, creating plugin are tricky enough. Sometimes you need to rebuild to see the changes. However, the cost of rebuild are become too expensive. So you cant rebuild again.

Is there any other way to keep the price? Or how?
