hi, worked fine the advice to separate water circuits, bu i had to do it into a new city. about "any" other building to clean water, in previous city didn't worked at all... just reduced for sometimes the pollution warning, but was more a placebo than a solution thx i'll write later about ...

[1.18] Polluded Water & College bug

Had a city created with the 1.17, and after 1.18. 1) Started with farms, seems like them causes water pollution. After years, i'm without farms, city full of parks, hpspitals, any kind of water supply plant... and am recieving a continous spam of "We have some really polluded water here!" ...

In theory even some entertainment could be insert into this.
Bigger is the population, more will be the possibility to make some of those structures to be self paid by usage, instead by the income of taxes only.

labels for zones

it's nothing else than a simple graphic addon: draw at 0 cost a square and assign it a name.

You can call it district, zone, etc... the purpose is to display the name of this area when you move your visual over it.

Example:
City: New York
Zones: Manhattan, Bronks, Queens, etc...

Simple idea:
1) too much traffic will produce noise
2) bus will reduce it (at least for cars, it will not affect camions)
