you need the draft of the animation, might be a good idea to name it aanimation so it comes first in your files as this is a common problem

Try limiting the stations

All you need are these lines
"type":"park",
"influence park":"(insert number here)",
that will make it have park influence

change the line "id":"breakwater_Straight.mdk_813", to something else as you have one of @mdk_813's plugins already and he used the same id so you are going to have to change the id so it will work

Hmm... it has been a little more than 2 years since I started playing theotown. And I have played it a lot since then, usually I delete a game after a week or so because it isn't what i like but theotown just kept going.

I use Quick Edit for writing Json, pixly for the graphics
