Maybe its due to climate change

The problem has started only after the recent update. When Buteo appeared for the first time this bug was not caused.

Whenever I open the sample city Soveeuv after like 5 seconds literally the whole city becomes unhappy. Is this happening only to me?

Well you can control the entry and exit points to make it a sort of one-way highways

Well helicopters could also be used to transport people faster. Helipads could be put on top of tall buildings or in 4×4 open places

Even I have encountered the same problem. This is the only reason why my cities do not have a 100% rating.
