Do you have josh's decals category? That might be the reason, or sometimes plugins can't see the category if they are zipped.

how can i use this in line with josh's decals? i have downloaded the plugins and all but i can't find this plugin. can someone help me? i have put it into the plugin folder but it doesn't show in game
