On the newest version, people start complaining about health before any clinic is unlocked (they start complaining around 800-1000 habitants). Happiness drops, demand disappears and I can't progress. Yea I got it from App Store on android. The person I emailed said it may be because sandbox mode isn't exactly fully... what's the word... supported I guess.
