If you make everything automatic then it will be just an idle clicker city building sim. The idea is not bad, but the code is probably too little to achieve that sort of automation you are currently talking about.

There is always simcity by maxis, theotown is just a mobile successor to that. And theotown pc steam version is literally simcity 2.0. Except with plugins and such.
