Can there be a marker or warning if a plugin does not allow achievements?

The UK road network is not complete and will probably never be complete
Examples include
- Unfinished motorways (freeways)
- Unbuilt motorways
- Large gaps in the road (road numbers)
Good example of large gap in a road is the A41 shown in this map
