Game Won't Launch (at all)

I've discovered TheoTown recently on Steam and as a big fan of Transport Tycoon (OTTD) it was a must have for me. But have to say I'm well disappointed as the game doesn't launch at all. Once started via Steam it only says (in Steam): running and that's it. Nothing more happens. No errors, no welcome screens to crash on, literally nothing

Trying to launch on MacOS 10.14.6.

Any solutions to this?

Hi, you may have to install Java manually on your machine if it isn't installed yet. Usually the game will show an error message that prompts you to install Java if it is missing.
