I'm in beta and last night Theotown was crashing every couple of minutes. When I saw the update this morning I figured it would fix the crashing, so I downloaded it. First it said that Google Play Games is required, so I installed that too. However, every couple of minutes a Google Play Games window was popping up and between pop-ups the game was freezing. I uninstalled the Google Play Games, but the game is still freezing. It freezes regardless of the speed I'm using, and it even happens while the game is in pause.
As a side note, not sure how I feel about using the diamonds for faster play, but I'm more concerned about the freezing up issue right now.
