Library
This is a library plugin I've been working on. I used the Megapolis version of the Vienna Concert Hall as a reference. I know it is empty and I want to use some in game trees and cars (for parking lots), but I don't know how to and would like if someone taught me how to (I use Pixly). Thanks in advance.
Re: Library
Looks more like a small town hall, but thats my imagination. The texture looks great and I wish you luck in finishing this plugin.

Re: Library
Well yeah i thought that while making it, but decided to make it a library anyway because there isn't one in game.

You download them and you cut them out.

Re: Library
Not finished. I still need to figure out how to add in game trees amongst other things to spruce up the plugin.

Re: Library
The helicopter parts were done in novix using both horizontal and vertical symmetry on. The surrounding boxes were done to measure pixels and were made in a separate color which is later removed from the image.
Then in pixly, I used the copy and paste features to align the separate parts of the helicopter and rotors.
Then in novix, I did the color removal and final coloring of the helicopters and rotors. Cropping and resizing each into their own images.

Re: Library
You can do the same type of thing with your library. Resize a copy into a larger image. Then you can use pixly to paste other elements to empty portions of the larger canvas and move them onto your image. Transparent portions of the pasted images should not affect the final image. Non-transparent portions will.

Re: Library
Thank you, but how do I export elements from one canvas to another? Every time I try to copy and paste the tree I want from tree.png to a plugin canvas of mine, I lose it (it doesn't appear when I select paste.)CommanderABab wrote: ↑28 Dec 2017, 22:17xxsxhxhxh.png
Here is an example from when I was drawing the helicopters. Using a canvas larger than your final image, paste elements which you want (may want) to use in your final image on to this large canvas.
The helicopter parts were done in novix using both horizontal and vertical symmetry on. The surrounding boxes were done to measure pixels and were made in a separate color which is later removed from the image.

Re: Library
I did what you said, but the tree I used was to big. So I tried to shrink it and it [the tree] got all shrivelled up. It looked weird... so I decided to make my own trees like I did in my fort plugin. This is a good attempt I guess.
Also I have no idea what to do with the back. Any suggestions?- CommanderABab
