This is an underground highways, it connected Kolkata project stage1 to srage2
Why it is eco friendly?
1:it build completely underground,so it can't polluted water eco system.
2:it produced electricity to using polluted air release from all passing car
3:it also purifying all polluted air.1

Its looks like everybody is more interrested in the thread misuse rather than the original contest ^^
