What's wrong with my game?

First: I can’t access into online regions. Second: No Plugins pictures (or what is this) Third: When I'm trying to make screenshot of my city my game just crashes

This is on mobile phone :bt

Yes. It's fixed. But Im deleted game for fix this but nothing worked. I'm lost my cool city
