Party/Parade mode (Celeration on roads)

There should be definitley a mode where your citizens can party on the road to like celebrate New Years or anything. Instead of like having crowds rioting on the roads....you could have fun PARADES or CROWD CELEBRATIONS on the road. I'd love my country to celebrate its founding almost 400 years ago.

You're very welcome (especially those who have a monarchy...now you can celebrate with your people, like royal coronations...am I right? Woowoo!)

It may be posibble through plugin codes where you code a celebration to happen in [random] or determined days. Could use fun function.
