After new update, street lights cannot be added to the pedestrian path

I was able to place street lights on the pedestrian pavement before the update but now it is not showing as an option anymore.

And the roads of planes and trams no longer count as roads. Now if you have installed the tram package of kingtut 10101, the tram road no longer counts as a road
