Customizing my date format

Hi, I am customizing my date format. I want to change "Today","Yesterday","less than one minute ago" to a exact date like 2024/7/10, what should I do with the PHP codes?

In the User Control Panel - My date format: - Select Custom.

And put Y/m/d, H:i

If you want to put some other format, there are some predefined ones, and you can find out more in PHP date functions.
