You can get your plugins back when you log into theotown with your account if you go to deleted plugins in the plugins store!

When transferring maps between accounts in Theotown, some content such as the moon map may not be transferred due to restrictions. Check the backup option in the game settings and refer to the official documentation for more information on transfer rules.
