Power Company HQ UPDATE by mdk_813 [commercial]
Hi,
here I got a highrise level 3 commercial building on a 4x4 lot.
The design is loosely based on the headquarters of a German Power company which is one of the tallest buildings in my region.
The trees and water texture I used are by Lobby and theo.
Have fun!
UPDATE:
I've revisited the glassfront texture, because I wasn't too happy about it. I think it looks a bit more realistic now.
Thanks to @actemendes for giving us the tip with using textures of real buildings. I did not do it that way, but it inspired me to look more closely at architectural photos in order to understand the reflections on glassfronts better.
I strongly recommend updating the file to everyone who has downloaded it before, by replacing the old folder with the new one provided here. You do not need to bulldoze existing buildings, because the filename and the json remain the same.

Well, of course I looked at how the existing buildings in the game are designed, in order to make my building fit to the others
The hardest part is making the glass front look convincing...
