Here is how to create oneway roads without yellow arrows. Need some extra room when laying them down.



As you can see, you place an alley, then place another one parallel where the decorative trees are. When finished, delete all unwanted lanes and turn off the traffic lights. If you do it as an intersection, you get the added bonus of U-turns before reaching the main intersection.
