Just played GTA: Chinatown Wars, great game. Made for PSP and Nintendo DS, and later ported to iOS and Android. Since it's made for portable gaming, it's perfect on Android.
It's time is set in 2009. You play as a drug dealing murderer which is on his trip to Liberty City to deliver family sword after his father's death. You get captured by mafia and shot in head. They dump you with a car in water since there's blood all over your head. You escape, and then whole game starts.
Here's a screenshot after first mission, I drove around the city a little.

It has a lot of mini-games like doing little jobs for stores, making molotovs etc. Highly recommended, very low system requirments.

I hate GTA. Why?
Gta caused a chaos in my young friends here, maybe even in whole Philippines. Everyone play Gta here, kids, teens.. (Yes, they dont f**ki*g care about 18+, as well their parents.) At first they play the game as hobby, but soon the characters' values were also "played" for fun. That is, swearing for fun, using fake cards for simulated gambling, lalala. Soon swearing became their everyday habits. They become trained at Gambling with playing fake cards and went in real gambling places.The worst part is, even kids younger than 5 learned to swear, gamble, and other nonsenses. Their parents tried to correct them, too late. Thats why i hate GTA.

In my opinion and I think in all fairness GTA Vice City is better than all of the GTA franchise. It feels nostalgic to be in the 80s, there is less swearing in the game (or the swearing is not too vulgar) and the game storyline is linear and simple, easy to follow. I'm a little biased in this evaluation though, and besides the game is the only method you can do crime without getting caught in real life. It is an outlet to let out your bad boy side.
