It's great for a first plugin!

What's good:
- Structure is simple but good for a first plugin
- Colours are pretty good
- Trees and colours are pretty good
- I quite like the billboard

What to improve:
- Add a tiny bit more infrastructure to the roof (like air conditioners)
- You could add a bit more depth by adding ledges to the roof bit, and to windows
- On the topic of windows maybe make it more regular, because it doesn't really make any sense when they all have different widths
