Click Full Editor and Preview.
Opens new page.
Find submit button there.
Below is 3 buttons, click middle button called 'attachments'.
Click add files, and then find City screenshot and click it.
Then you see green line below attachment button. Wait till something in textbox comes.
Then click submit.
