Christmas bundle error

The Christmas bundle including 200 gems, ICC Tower. Christmas building package and Fast time manager is in error, I have been charged twice for it and yet not received any of the items. I will refund via google, but I am telling you here because it is a major big. I really hate paying for something I don't receive! Grrrrr

I was able to get the refund via google, 1 of the purchase attempts was canceled automatically anyway so only had to refund 1 manually, then I tried purchasing again and it was 3rd time lucky, theotown has the correct money and I have the Christmas package. I have Huawei P9 android 4.0, game version v1.9.5.1a (1951)
