I think it would be a cool idea to be able to save a group of buildings as a template that you can access and add to your cities at any time.

I dont get what you mean, that you can have certain buildings handy to access?

Let's say you have a small group of parks that you want to put all over your city, but it is pretty tedious to build. What I am suggesting is the ability to save the group of buildings so you can place them all over your cities without having to rebuild all of the buildings every time.
